What types of payments do you accept?

Payment Methods
Highlights.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Amazon Pay; however, we do not accept American Express for Canadian orders. Currently, we do not sell or accept gift certificates. The only time we accept purchase orders is for large orders going to one address, such as schools.

For security and efficiency, we do not accept COD orders.

Credit Cards
Your credit card won’t be charged until your order is shipped. You can shop with confidence knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

We’ll authorize your credit card when you place your order and, as part of this authorization process, your bank may place a hold on your account for the purchase amount. The hold will be removed after a period of days determined by your bank. Check with your bank for details.

The credit card used for payment must be registered to the same billing address on the order, however the delivery address can be different.

Amazon Pay
We accept payment by Amazon Pay. Select Amazon Pay as your method of payment at checkout. Once selected, your address and payment information will be securely populated from your Amazon account. Just tap "Continue." Next, review your full order including shipping, delivery, total cost of purchase, and payment method and finish checking out.

PayPal
You will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you’ll need to log in and complete that part of the transaction. You’ll then be returned to the Highlights page to confirm your order.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We only accept purchase orders through our Group Sales program for schools and other organizations that buy in large quantities. If you have such an order, please use this form, email GroupSales@Highlights.com or call 1-614-324-7999.
