What are the Terms & Conditions for Subscriptions?

When you purchase a subscription from Highlights, you will see a list of terms and conditions at the bottom of the order page. When you complete the purchase, it means you have agreed to the following:

  • You are enrolling in Continuous Service and your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period, with the same credit/debit card as previously. Highlights will send you an email reminder before your card is charged. Sales tax will apply, where applicable. You can opt out of Continuous Service by contacting Customer Service, toll-free at 1-800-255-9517. 
  • As your child grows, you may switch magazines at any time, at no extra charge. You can also cancel your subscription and receive a full refund for all undelivered issues. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed, no questions asked.
  • Hello magazine consists of 24 issues. If you subscribed to Hello, after your child has received all the issues, they will be automatically transitioned into High Five magazine, the next age-appropriate title, unless you choose to switch sooner. 
  • States that require double opt-in for any auto-renewals will not be enrolled in Continuous Service unless they check the box above “Place Order.” If there is no box, double opt-in is not required for your billing address.
