How can I update my credit card information?

My credit card number has changed. Can I update you with the new number?

Yes. Call Customer Service at 1-800-255-9517 and we’ll be happy to help you update your information.

Can I choose the date when the charge will hit my card?

We are not able to provide that option at this time.

What happens if my credit card can’t be charged when it’s time for the subscription to be renewed?

If the charge is declined when we try to process it, we’ll mail an invoice for the renewal instead.

Are there other ways to pay for Continuous Service?

The purpose of Continuous Service using credit cards is to be seamless, convenient and cost-effective. We don’t offer COD shipping, and sending printed invoices is expensive and time-consuming for both us and you, and it wastes paper.
