How can I update my account?
Why am I being asked to reset my password?
In March 2023, we upgraded our system to be easier and more secure for customers. The new system requires customers to create a new password, which can then be used to sign in for any service on our website – including ordering and managing accounts.
My email address has changed. How can I update this?
You can update your email address easily. Just visit Highlights.com and click on the “Account” link at the top right of the page. Or click here. Then sign in and edit your email address.
If you prefer, you can also contact Customer Service by email, chat or phone from links near the bottom of our web page.
Why should I create a Highlights account?
When making a purchase from Highlights, you can check out as a guest, but we recommend establishing an account because it:
