How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most first issues arrive within 4 to 6 weeks by regular U.S. mail. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.High Five Bilingüe ships in 6 to 8 weeks.  If there are any problems or delays, you will be notified via phone or email.

In-stock merchandise shipped by Standard Delivery typically arrives within 1–2 weeks, or up to 8 weeks for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
You can also choose Express Delivery, which arrives within 3 business days after processing), or Rush Delivery, which arrives within 2 business days after processing.
Your credit card is charged only when your merchandise ships, and we’ll notify you if your order experiences any delays.
