Will I get notifications about subscription renewals?

If you are on auto-renewal:
You will receive an email reminder 30–45 days before the card on file will be charged. Be sure to add these addresses to your contacts so it the renewal email doesn’t go to spam:

If you are not on auto-renewal:
You will receive multiple renewal notices by email and/or mail starting several months before expiration. Once you renew, you may still receive one additional notice, but then it will stop.

If you have multiple subscriptions and are not renewing all of them, you are making a partial renewal. You will still get renewal notices from the subscriptions you are not renewing.

Timing of first notice:
For magazines, the first reminder is sent when about 6 issues remain. For brainPLAY, when about 3 issues remain. Timing may vary based on order date or promotions.
