Highlights has appointed Nick DiMarco to the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Business. In this role, DiMarco will lead the company’s direct-to-consumer and retail business lines, with responsibility for driving growth across digital and physical sales channels.
DiMarco brings extensive experience in e-commerce, subscriptions, digital marketing, and publishing, along with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer-focused businesses. He joins Highlights from The Bradford Group, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. Nick is a proven leader who combines deep consumer understanding with strong marketing and operational expertise,” said Mary-Alice Moore, President of Highlights for Children. “His ability to reimagine how we engage customers and scale modern, connected experiences will be instrumental as we expand our brand reach and impact.”
Nick shares, “I'm honored to join Highlights for Children at such an exciting moment as we celebrate the brand's 80th year. Highlights has an incredible legacy of inspiring curiosity and creativity in kids, and I see a tremendous opportunity to deepen those connections through seamless experiences that reach families where they are. I look forward to working with this talented team to bring Highlights to even more families.”
In his new position, DiMarco will be focused on customer acquisition and retention, enhancing our customer experience and accelerating growth across Highlights’ distribution channels, including e-commerce, online marketplaces, and retail locations. His appointment reflects Highlights’ continued investment in its consumer business and commitment to delivering engaging products and experiences to families everywhere.
